Other Rubber's Recycling Services
We offer recycling services specifically for scraps generated during your production processes. This contributes to an enhanced Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). It's important to note that for rubber materials other than FKM or HNBR, we ONLY provide closed-loop recycling and reclamation services. We do not engage in the collection of scraps alone, or the sale of recycled materials as standalone products.
We extend our closed-loop recycling and reclamation services to a wide range of rubber materials, including CR rubber, EPDM, ACM, Silicone Rubber, HNBR, and even FFKM. Rest assured, the quality of our recycled materials is consistent and of high standard across all these variants.
After our process, the reclaimed material will all be in polymer sheet form, which could be mixed with 40%~60% of the virgin material without affecting the original performance.

In sheet form, unsuitable for direct production. In applications like O-ring or oil-seal production, where achieving the same performance as virgin FFKM is crucial, we recommend blending FFKM pre-compound with 30%~50% FFKM-R-2275UP loaded, curing agents are able to be added depending on your recipe.

In sheet form, unsuitable for direct production. In applications like O-ring or oil-seal production, where achieving the same performance as virgin HNBR is crucial, we recommend blending virgin HNBR gum with at a ratio of 30%~60% HNBR-R-2275 loaded, curing agents are able to be added depending on your recipe.
